Diploma: Training in human resources or IT, licence level
Experience: Strong experience in similar roles, expert level
The profile they look for:
- Expert knowledge of HR management and HR Access Suite 9
- Good command of civil service rules
- Good command of French public service HR regulations
- Basic knowledge of project management
- Rigour, team spirit and good people skills
- Ability to keep to deadlines
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
