Diploma: High school diploma (baccalauréat) minimum
Experience: Experienced level requested
The profile they look for:
- Be a student.
- Have good people skills and speak comfortably.
- Speak English fluently.
- Speaking another foreign language is a plus.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
No deadline given: the offer can be withdrawn at any time, do not wait.
Apply online on the Crous recruitment website, as stated in the offer. The CV and cover letter are required.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Shifts from Monday to Friday, 11:30 to 14:00, which can be adjusted.
- One training day in early September 2026, then two practice days at the Crous head office (Paris 5th).
- Work during all of September 2026, with a possible extension into early October.
- Remote work is not possible.
