Diploma: State nursing assistant diploma, or social worker diploma
Experience: Experienced; similar experience preferred

- Alertness and good observation skills
- Able to work alone and ask the team for help when needed
- Calm, quick to react and good judgement
- Respects residents' sleep, habits and privacy
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website, through the official offer. You can also send your cover letter, CV and copy of your diploma to the CCAS Human Resources department.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
