Open to civil servants and contract staff. You must hold the aide-soignant diploma and a permis B driving licence.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Diplôme d'Aide-Soignant (nursing assistant diploma)
Experience: Experience in a SSIAD or hospital setting required
The profile they look for:
- Hold the Diplôme d'Aide-Soignant (nursing assistant diploma).
- Experience in a SSIAD or hospital setting required.
- Hold a French driving licence (permis B).
- Able to work independently with elderly patients.
- Able to give first aid until emergency services arrive.
- Discreet, available, respectful of patients and their families.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- No remote work.
- Daytime, evening and weekend hours, with phone on-call duty on weekends.
- Travel with your own car, mileage costs are reimbursed.
