Civil servants and contract workers can apply. The post is open at the grade of nursing assistant (classe normale). A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application succeeded.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
The profile they look for:
- Spot cognitive and behavioural problems and respond appropriately.
- Respect residents' daily habits, rhythms and choices.
- Be discreet, serious, rigorous and calming.
- Work well in a team and report to the manager.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
