Diploma: State diploma as nursing assistant (aide-soignant), aide médico-psychologique diploma, or accompagnant éducatif et social diploma
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of hygiene and comfort care.
- Good command of hygiene and safety rules.
- Ability to observe and pass on relevant information.
- Good listening skills, empathy, and respect for residents.
- Team spirit and good communication skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
