Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract workers. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
The profile they look for:
- Know the needs of the people helped, including elderly and disabled people.
- Master dressing and undressing techniques.
- Know basic anatomy and physiology.
- Assess how independent the person is.
- Be independent, rigorous and punctual.
- Have good people skills and a sense of responsibility.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
