Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The job is open to the grades of nursing assistant (classe normale and classe supérieure).
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: State diploma of nursing assistant (DE d'aide-soignant) or DPAS professional diploma
The profile they look for:
- Nursing assistant diploma (DE or DPAS).
- Good knowledge of ageing, loss of autonomy and disability.
- Ability to assess a person's health and handle emergencies.
- Ability to build trust with the resident and their family.
- Teamwork, discretion and respect of professional secrecy.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
