Civil servants (by transfer or secondment) can apply, and so can contract staff if no civil servant application succeeds. The job grades concerned are nursing assistants (category B) and care auxiliaries (category C).
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: State diploma of nursing assistant (aide-soignant) or educational and social support worker (accompagnant éducatif et social)
Experience: Beginners accepted

- Able to give targeted handover reports and identify the needs of older people.
- Good people skills: discretion, respect, patience and listening.
- Sense of public service and teamwork.
- Follows instructions, protocols and protective equipment rules.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
