Civil servants in the nursing assistant grades (normal or senior class) or senior care assistant grades, and contract staff. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: State nursing assistant diploma (DEAS), DPAS, CAFAS or DEAMP
The profile they look for:
- State nursing assistant diploma (DEAS), DPAS, CAFAS or DEAMP required.
- Level V required.
- Respect professional secrecy and the rights of service users.
- Follow the service's instructions, rules and hygiene protocols.
- Driving licence B is desirable.
- Vaccinations up to date (DTP, hepatitis B) and annual medical check-up.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
