Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. A contract worker can be hired while waiting to recruit a civil servant.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: State nursing aide diploma or equivalent
The profile they look for:
- State nursing aide diploma (Diplôme d'État d'aide-soignant) or equivalent.
- Skills in personal care and daily living support.
- Able to work in a team and on their own.
- Sensitive and empathetic towards residents.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
