Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can be hired only if no civil servant application has succeeded.
Category: Category A (executive)
Experience: Experienced candidates requested.
The profile they look for:
- Support a person in their daily activities.
- Spot clinical signs and assess a person's situation.
- Build a relationship of trust with the resident and their family.
- Use safe lifting and handling techniques.
- Work as a team and adapt to work schedules.
- Expected qualities: listening, patience, discretion, empathy.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Remote work is not possible.
- Job vacant from 1 January 2027.
- Category A (cadre) post, with no management role.
