Diploma: State Nursing Assistant Diploma (DEAS)
The profile they look for:
- State Nursing Assistant Diploma (DEAS) required.
- Knowledge of hygiene, safety and prevention.
- Skills in manual handling and moving residents.
- Observation, adaptability and organisation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, sense of responsibility and discretion.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
