- Know how to use safe lifting and posture techniques.
- Be able to manage your emotions and stress.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Night hours: 20:30 to 07:00.
- Contract of 3 months, renewable. A seasonal contract cannot exceed 6 months within 12 consecutive months.
