Civil servants (titulaires) and contract workers can apply. A contract worker can be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded.

Diploma: State aide-soignant diploma (required)
The profile they look for:
- State aide-soignant diploma (DEAS) required.
- AFGSU2 required and complete vaccination schedule.
- Driving licence (permis B) essential for travel.
- Able to handle emergency situations.
- Respect the person, their privacy and professional secrecy.
- Empathy and listening skills with elderly people.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Driving licence (permis B) essential, frequent travel across the whole Agglopolys area.
- Work 1 weekend in 3 and public holidays on a rota basis.
