Experience: Experience in critical care is recommended (intensive care, emergency, continuous care).
The profile they look for:
- Communicate clearly, calmly and respectfully with patients, families and staff.
- Analyse and pass on a patient's clinical situation.
- Recognise an emergency or a crisis.
- Work closely in a multidisciplinary team.
- Show rigour in patient monitoring and record keeping.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
