The profile they look for:
- Hold the French state diploma of aide-soignant.
- Hold a French driving licence (permis B).
- Know hygiene and safety rules.
- Be able to move patients with or without equipment.
- Show empathy, patience and discretion.
- Be autonomous, rigorous and organised.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Send your CV and cover letter by email to the employer's recruitment department before the deadline. You can also apply on the employer's website.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
