Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person without a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP in food trades (or experience in a similar job)
Experience: Not stated. Experience in a similar job can replace the CAP.
The profile they look for:
- CAP in food trades, or experience in a similar job.
- Knowledge of HACCP.
- Follows hygiene and safety rules.
- Able to use equipment and machines.
- Works well in a team and reports unusual situations.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
