Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired at this entry grade of category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Know cooking techniques.
- Master food hygiene and safety rules, and the HACCP method.
- Be able to communicate with teenagers.
- Work well in a team and stay calm in emergencies.
- Show initiative and rigour in your work.
- Know about diets and food allergies.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
