Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The grade is Adjoint technique (category C), and direct hiring without a competitive exam is possible.

Diploma: CAP or BEP, catering specialty
The profile they look for:
- CAP or BEP level diploma in catering
- Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety
- Good team work
- Handling heavy, hot and sharp equipment
- Standing work and work in cold rooms
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
