- Knowledge of HACCP rules and the Plan de Maîtrise Sanitaire.
- Knowledge of storage and presentation techniques.
- Knowledge of preparation rules for catering in large canteens.
- Knowledge of cleaning products.
- Knowledge of the energy saving measures.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
