Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service exam can be hired, because the post is at an entry grade of category C.

The profile they look for:
- Know collective kitchen techniques
- Apply hygiene and safety rules
- Know emergency rules and first aid
- Be a team player and work on your own
- Listen well and adapt to change
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 6 (Closes in 7 days)
Click the « Postuler sur le site employeur » button on the official offer. You then apply on the employer's website.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Working time is spread over the year
- Work standing up and in a noisy environment
- Remote work not possible
- Work clothes required
