Open to civil servants and contract agents. Civil servants must hold the ATSEM grade or have passed the ATSEM competitive exam.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Hold the ATSEM grade or have passed the ATSEM competitive exam.
- Know well how young children develop.
- Know young children's hygiene and feeding needs.
- Know HACCP standards and cleaning protocols.
- Be able to raise alerts and report back.
- Show confidentiality and discretion.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work not possible.
- Must be able to lift heavy loads and stand for long periods.
- Travel within the City of Toulouse may be required.
- Position vacant from 1 January 2027.
