Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Category B driving licence required; category C with FIMO or FCO preferred.
- Rigorous, with good organisational sense.
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
- Strict respect of confidentiality rules.
- Able to lift heavy loads.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Hours from 6:00 to 20:30, including one Saturday and one weekend per month.
- On-call duty 2 to 3 times a year, for one week, from 18:30 to 22:30.
- Occasional night work, from 20:00 to 06:00.
- Weekly rest days vary.
