The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of the town's area.
- Method, rigour, independence and ability to suggest ideas.
- Strong people skills and discretion.
- Availability, mainly in the evenings and at weekends.
- Own means of transport required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website, or send your CV and cover letter by email or by post to the town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Mandatory training: 2 half-days, plus a visit of your area before the operations.
- Own means of transport required.
- Work possible in the evenings and at weekends.
