- Know food hygiene and food safety rules.
- Know cleaning techniques for school catering.
- Be able to prepare meals and run table service.
- Be able to support children and take individual health plans (PAI) into account.
- Work well in a team, be autonomous and versatile.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
