Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A civil servant must attach the opinion of their line manager to the mobility form.
Category: Category C (staff)

- Know how to apply regulations (advanced level).
- Know how to work as a team (advanced level).
- Know how to organise your work.
- Know how to adapt.
- Have good people skills.
- Speak clearly and confidently out loud.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 31 (Closes in 62 days)
Apply on the employer's website, from the official offer page. Attach the mobility form requested in the offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- 38 hours per week, 27 days of annual leave and 16 days of RTT (time off).
- Possible night, public holiday and weekend work on special assignment.
- For a civil servant, the form must include the opinion of their line manager.
- Remote work is not possible.
