Diploma: BEP, CAP or vocational Bac in catering or food technical agent (preferred)
Experience: Experience in a similar job required

- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules and HACCP procedures.
- Knowledge of hygiene rules for cleaned premises and cleaning products.
- Knowledge of safe lifting, posture and workplace safety rules.
- Independence and rigour at work.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Annual working cycle: continuous day from Monday to Thursday, 6:15 to 13:30, Friday 6:15 to 13:15.
- Repeated lifting of heavy loads.
- 6 extra days off (sujétions) to take during school holidays, on top of legal leave.
