Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the entry grade in category C allows it. Disabled workers can also be hired on a contract basis.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Confident computer user who understands how a computer works.
- Basic knowledge of electrical installations and networks.
- Good command of common software: office tools, email, browser.
- Knows and applies IT security rules.
- Basic stock management and safe lifting skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website or send the file by email to the employer, as one single PDF. An incomplete file will be considered incomplete and not accepted.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- The job is based in a high school, with students present.
- The work includes lifting loads and working at height.
- Driving a service vehicle is possible.
