Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

Experience: Confirmed experience
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of plumbing and water supply, or significant experience
- Knowledge of managing drinking water and wastewater networks
- Driving licences B, C and EC, and construction vehicle driving permits
- AIPR and CATEC certificates, or ability to obtain them
- Ability to follow the quality and environment approach
- Rigorous, autonomous, and able to work in a team
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
