Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, as the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Know culinary techniques and hygiene and safety rules.
- Know and apply the HACCP method.
- Know cleaning and disinfection procedures.
- Be able to communicate with teenagers.
- Work as a team with all staff.
- Show rigour and quick reactions.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- A contract may be offered if no civil servant has applied.
