Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.

The profile they look for:
- Know culinary techniques and hygiene rules.
- Know and apply the HACCP method and safety rules.
- Know cleaning and disinfection procedures.
- Be able to work in a team and communicate with teenagers.
- Show rigor, responsiveness and creativity.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
