Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a competition can be hired directly, at an entry grade of category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Know cooking techniques and the HACCP method.
- Know hygiene, safety and cleaning rules.
- Be rigorous and able to raise an alert when something goes wrong.
- Work well in a team and communicate with teenagers.
- Understand users' diets and allergies.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
