Civil servants have priority for this job. A person who is not a civil servant can also be hired as a contract worker, because the entry-level category C grade does not require a competitive exam.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP in premises maintenance and hygiene, or cleaning and hygiene training, or significant experience
Experience: Experienced
The profile they look for:
- CAP in premises maintenance and hygiene, or equivalent training, or significant experience.
- Know manual and machine cleaning techniques.
- Use specialised cleaning machines, such as a single-disc floor machine or a scrubber-dryer.
- Apply hygiene and safety rules in a school setting.
- Be rigorous, discreet, independent and a good team member.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
