Civil servants and contract agents can apply. The post is open at the grade of principal ATSEM of 2nd class. People recognised as disabled workers can also be hired on a contract basis.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Be a civil servant with the ATSEM grade, or have passed the ATSEM competitive exam.
- Know hygiene and safety rules.
- Know child development from age 2.
- Know first aid.
- Show patience, listening skills and discretion.
- Work well in a team and adapt.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
