Civil servants and contract workers can apply. The post is open to the grade of ATSEM principal of 2nd class.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP AEPE or early childhood qualification
Experience: Experienced candidates
The profile they look for:
- Hold the CAP AEPE or an early childhood qualification.
- Know child development from age 2.
- Be able to observe and listen actively to children.
- Know hygiene and safety rules.
- Be able to use cleaning products safely.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Post vacant from 1 January 2027.
- May also supervise children in canteens and leisure centres.
