Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the entry grade of category C allows it.

Diploma: CAP/BEP or work experience (appreciated)

- CAP/BEP or experience in roads, public works, masonry or building, appreciated
- Driving licence B and BE required
- Heavy goods vehicle licence desired
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
