Civil servants and contract agents can apply. Direct hiring without a competitive exam is possible because the entry grade in category C allows it.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Confirmed experience in the field.
The profile they look for:
- In-depth knowledge of buildings and electrical maintenance.
- Electrical authorisation (habilitation électrique) required.
- Driving licence category B required.
- Ability to work in a team and across departments.
- Knowledge of health and safety rules.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Mandatory on-call duty on weekdays and weekends, several times a year.
