Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: Level V diploma in electricity
The profile they look for:
- Level V diploma in electricity, or recognised equivalent experience.
- Electrical authorisations (habilitations) preferred.
- Knowledge of building maintenance rules.
- Ability to read plans and installation notices.
- Rigour, teamwork and manual skill.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
