Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired, because the entry grade is category C.

Diploma: Level 3 diploma in cooking
The profile they look for:
- Level 3 diploma in cooking
- Knowledge of hygiene, disinfection and safety
- Knowledge of the Plan de Maîtrise Sanitaire (food safety plan)
- Methodical organisation and time management
- Physical stamina, rigour and teamwork
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
