Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired for this entry-level category C grade.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 15 (Closes in 15 days)
Send your application by email to the town hall or by post, before the deadline. The offer is also published on the official Choisir le Service Public website.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- About 3 hours per month, with extra paid hours to plan.
- Living close to the hall is required.
- Post vacant from 1 December 2026.
