Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can apply, because the entry grade in category C allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BEP, vocational bac or BTS in the building field
Experience: Proven experience in a similar building maintenance job
The profile they look for:
- BEP, vocational bac or BTS in the field, with experience in a similar job.
- Versatile skills across several building trades.
- Ability to manage priorities, with rigour and method.
- Electrical certifications or CACES platform licence are a plus.
- Driving licence B required; frequent travel and outdoor work.
- Able to lift heavy loads.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
