Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the post is open to category C grades: adjoint technique and agent de maîtrise.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Beginners accepted
The profile they look for:
- Be motivated and willing, with a sense of public service.
- Understand product manuals and how to use machines.
- Know basic safety rules and the risks for the public.
- Be a good team player.
- Be rigorous and follow procedures and instructions.
- Hold a car driving licence.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- On-call duty on a rota.
- Remote work not possible.
