Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents. A contract agent can be hired if no civil servant has applied.

Diploma: CAP or BEP, or confirmed experience in building maintenance
Experience: Confirmed experience
The profile they look for:
- CAP or BEP, or confirmed experience in building maintenance.
- Knowledge of materials (copper, PER, multilayer, PVC) and brazing.
- Basic knowledge of workplace health, safety and fire safety.
- Able to find a first-level fault on your own.
- Up-to-date electrical authorisation (H0-B0 / H0V-B0 minimum) from the first day.
- Driving licence category B required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
