The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene rules and safety
- Safe and careful driving of a vehicle in all seasons
- Full skill in using machines in the different work areas
- Respect for users, politeness and discretion
- Spotless presentation and hygiene
- Team spirit and ability to report to the line manager
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
