Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the entry grade of category C allows it.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Hold up-to-date CACES certificates (crane, forklift).
- Hold heavy goods vehicle licences C and D.
- Hold coastal and offshore boating licences.
- Manage stock and work out needs.
- Assemble simple structures.
- Work with wood and make joinery items.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Click apply on the employer's site. The cover letter and CV must be uploaded to the Emploi Territorial website.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
