Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. The entry grade (adjoint technique, category C) allows direct hiring without a competitive exam. A contract agent can be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 22 (Closes in 23 days)
Apply on the employer's website, from the official offer page. The CV and cover letter must also be sent by post to the town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
