Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: February 1 (Closes in 96 days)
Apply on the employer's website, linked from the official offer. You can also send your cover letter and CV by post to the employer's address.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- The page gives two deadlines: 01/02/2027 and 31/10/2026. Check the date on the employer's website.
- Post vacant from 01/10/2026.
- The entry grade in category C allows direct hiring without a competition.
- For questions, contact the Human Resources department of the employer.
