Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website, from the offer page. You can also send your letter and CV by post to the address given in the offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- The dates do not match: the deadline field says 1 February 2027, but the letter asks for sending before 31 October 2026.
- The text does not give the type of contract or its length.
