Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, at a category C grade.

The profile they look for:
- Driving licence category B required
- Building diploma (CAP, BEP, BAC Pro) is a plus
- Technical knowledge of interior finishing work
- Basic electrical knowledge is ideal
- Versatility, professionalism and rigour
- Quick reaction and team spirit
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
